The apprentice will undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of this busy general practice and have a particular interest in a secretarial role.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all internal and external calls that come in through the switchboard
  • Greet all visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Book meeting rooms for the members of the Trust and support the management 
  • Collate requests for and assist with the ordering of office supplies.  
  • Support the organisation of all outgoing mail; sorting internal mail
