Responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Answering telephones
- Serving customers with their requirements
- Dealing with enquiries
- Provide quotations
- Building relationships with customers over the telephone and face to face
- Follow quotations to proactively develop sales

Training Provided
- The successful candidate will study a Trade Supplier Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace
