Job Description

We have a great opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a desire to work in a customer facing role to start their career in Estate Agency, working in an expanding Agency and working towards their Level 2 Qualification as a Junior Estate Agent

Responsibilities

We have a great opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a desire to work in a customer facing role to start their career in Estate Agency, working in an expanding Agency and working towards their Level 2 Qualification as a Junior Estate Agent. A wide and varied role, the ideal candidate will be involved in:

  • Data registration
  • Producing window adverts
  • Arranging and booking viewings
  • Accompanying colleagues on site visits to various properties
  • Selling additional services
  • Collecting keys
  • Carrying out basic property research, including marketing procedures through portals, websites and various databases
  • Preparing floor plans of a property
  • Taking photographs
  • Assisting with viewings
  • Receiving offers

Additionally, the apprentice will be expected to carry out general administrative tasks such as answering the telephone, taking messages, updating and inputting systems, sending and receiving emails.

Future Prospects

  • A full-time role may be offered on completion of this apprenticeship

Skills Required

  • Ability with Microsoft Packages – excel, Word etc.
  • Ability to use emails and good computer skills
  • Ability to drive due to location of placement and nature of work

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE maths and English Grade D/3 and above or equivalent

Training Provided

Training will be delivered by Crown Vocational Training.
