Main duties to include:
- You will have a direct impact growing the business by expanding our capacity and allowing us to take on new clients
- You will work with the accountants to assist in preparing VAT, Corporation Tax, and Self-Assessment returns, and will also see the broader aspects of the business from Sales and Onboarding and ensuring successful client outcomes
- The key systems you will become familiar with are Xero and Tax Calc. Administrative tasks have been automated to a high degree to ensure that we spend our time delivering value-adding accounting services
The role is a permanent role within the company. We are making a commitment to train an individual with a view to seeing them eventually take full ownership of accounts and being able to deliver services from company formation to liquidation and everything in between. There are plenty of growth opportunities within the business, so for there is broad scope for future business development involvement and personal development.

Experience within Excel would be beneficial.

Minimum of 2 A Levels at grade C and 5 GCSEs at grade 4 including English and maths or equivalent qualifications.
As an Accounting Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the Accountancy Taxation Professional Apprenticeship at Level 7. Within the apprenticeship you will undertake the ACCA professional qualification.
The apprenticeship will be completed at a BPP centre or via the Online Classroom platform, in addition to at the workplace.
