Ark School - IT Apprentice x 2 (an Arch apprenticeship) - Advanced (Level 3)

Annual wage £14,000.00
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7am – 6pm on a rotational shift pattern. Shift times: 7am – 3:30pm/8am – 4:30pm/9:30am – 6:00pm, these are on a rota basis.

You will provide first line support for the day to day operation of Ark Schools IT. Provide support for education IT systems.


Key responsibilities:

  • Providing the first point of contact for IT issues
  • Supporting the smooth running of the IT service desk
  • Escalation of issues when appropriate
  • Asset management
  • Proactive tasks
  • Enabling the teacher to teach using IT
  • Customer service focused
