Apprentice Wood Machinist - Intermediate (Level 2)

The successful applicant will be trained to use wood working machinery ranging from sawing, planning, sanding and profiling and will also be assisting with assembling internal door frames and bespoke items of furniture.
There is also the opportunity to receive off the job training by attending NLTG's Centre of Vocational Excellence based in Accrington.
Labouring duties such keeping the workshop clean and tidy and assisting with machine tasks will also be part of the applicants working day.
To continue onto full-time employment.

No formal qualifications required.
Intermediate level 2 Apprenticeship in Furniture Occupations, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
