What will the apprentice be doing?
Reporting to the eCommerce Team Manager, key duties will include:
- Online Account Management
- User Configuration
- Content Implementation
- Helpdesk Support (including Live Chat)
You will gain professional experience of working in a professional B2B environment, learning various web processes from administration to design aspects & Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). This role is stretching yet very rewarding and could provide excellent progression opportunities upon completion of the apprenticeship.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Working for our fastest growing online trading division, you will learn and master a number of different skills and techniques, encompassing everything from admin processes to design through to SEO. The role will involve plenty of customer interfacing (via ‘Live chat’ to provide support) so you will relish the opportunity of having a fully rounded role accompanied by a very relevant apprenticeship qualification come the end of it (Level 3 standard apprenticeship as Digital Marketer).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
An official award of the level 3 standard as Digital Marketer.
Our intention, all being well is to also award a permanent contract of employment upon succesful completion of the apprenticeship contract.
