Job Description

We are looking for a competent, highly motivated, practical, hardworking Premier Accounts Apprentice who is able to work on own their initiative as well as being part of a dynamic team. With a customer-oriented approach you will support our key accounts by fulfilling their distribution requirements.

Responsibilities

As part of this Apprenticeship you will be enrolled on to the Level 2 Supply chain warehouse operative training programme,

You will be supported by your employer and by your training provider whereby you will be given a dedicated Skills Tutor who will visit you on a 4-6 weekly basis and deliver a bespoke teaching and learning session as well as coach and give feedback also support you with your evidence collation.

The programme will last around 15 months and at the end you will complete an end point assessment.

Role Overview:

The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of accounts aiming for maximum efficiency.

Key Tasks:

  • Configuring peripheral devices
  • Reviewing and tracking POD (proof of deliveries)
  • Communicating with Premier Accounts team.
  • Updating details on in-house system (full training given)
  • Creating waybills for packages
  • Picking and Packing from the warehouse
  • Distributing packages to required destination
  • Boxing, Palatalising, Loading and Unloading shipments
  • Helping other teams as required

Future Prospects

Full time employment within Premier Accounts.

Qualifications Required

GCSE's or equivalent grade C/4 or above including maths and English.
