Job Description

Apprentice Administration support function is required for two main areas of the UK business, Training, Technical Support and HSEQ. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Employee retail and leisure discount scheme Employee assistance programme Employee Share save scheme


What will the apprentice be doing?

Collate and enter data on our internal systems
Centralise, complete and return customer approval questionnaires and PQQs
Frequent support to branch operations, sales, HSEQ teams (HSEQ, HR, Financial, and CR Data)
Support to HSEQ for Safety Schemes in Procurement and H&S Award registration and completion
Prepare induction packs and PPE for new starters
Process training course certificates
Plan and order lunches
Manage stock of workbooks and logbooks
Setup and monitor training room/conference room

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator Level 3 Qualification

Training is on the job with workplace visits from an Assessor to support the development of your on-programme porfolio and to compelte your quarterly reviews.

End Point Assessment is the final stage of the Apprenticeship and has to be passed in order to complete and gain the Apprenticeship qualification.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Reality Check

IT skills especially in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) Enjoy working in a team with the ability to work in an office Can talk on the telephone. Physical aspects of the role are in the management of stock around our workbooks, training room and conferencing faciilties (tea, coffee, drink supplies etc)
