Apprentice Technical Assistant based in Blackpool

Responsibilities

  • Provide support through calls and email
  • Maintain and increase product knowledge
  • Log issues and resolutions thoroughly
  • Submit proposed solutions to basic issues
  • Assist with product testing
  • Experienced Required
  • Once confident with our products and training provided ability to start producing equipment lists and designs for lighting and fire systems.
  • Opportunities to progress through the company for the right candidate

Qualities Required

  • Strong customer service skills/background
  • Confident, professional telephone manner
  • The ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills required
  • Electrical background and or certification is desirable but not essential
  • This role would suite someone who is technically minded who has a passion for the likes of CCTV/security/lighting equipment and or Fire Systems
  • Whilst experience in such is of an advantage training and time to develop a knowledge base will be given to the right candidate

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE grades A* - C (9 - 4) in maths and English

Training Provided

  • Intermediate level 2 Apprenticeship in General Manufacturing, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English
  • Work based learning
