Job Description

Assist current duty manager running shifts. Assisting with all manner of running the hotel, particularly in the restaurant and bar. Level 3 Team leader or supervisor Apprenticeship Standard.

Responsibilities

Qube Learning are a national Training Provider who will support you throughout the duration of your apprenticeship, lasting a total of 15 months.

As a Supervisor you will undertake a Team Leader Level 3 qualification. You will be responsible for opening or closing the store therefore, we are looking for applicants with experience of following store security procedures.

You will be assigned a designated skills tutor, who will support you every step of the way throughout your apprenticeship. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company and progress your career.

Thirty-eight en-suite bedrooms, an *AA rosette* awarded restaurant, relaxing bar and lounge and beautiful outdoor patios, Caley Hall offers the perfect base from which to explore Norfolk. All this and only a ten-minute walk from the beach!

The *AA rosette* awarded restaurant caters for up to eighty guests and is open daily serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This is a full-time role, working on a rota basis you must be available for both day and evening shifts including weekends, school and bank holidays.

Overseeing daily operations of a busy hotel, bar and restaurant. Ensuring staff are being productive and understand their responsibilities. You will be accountable for anything and everything on your shifts and expected to make on the spot decisions. Guest satisfaction is the primary challenge. Good organisational skills, computer literacy and being able to work under pressure a must.

The role is offered for a 40/45 hour week working a combination of straight & split shifts 5 days out of 7.
