Responsibilities

  • The post holder will be responsible in providing direct care and support to Clients accessing the Brookside Day Service provision
  • The post holder will be responsible
  • To plan, monitor, review and provide support packages for our clients,
  • Maintaining a high standard of support and care to people
  • Ensuring their emotional, physical, cultural and social needs are met
  • Promoting the rights and independence of the individual
  • The post holder will promote an environment in which people are encouraged to retain control over their own lives and are involved in the decisions that affect them
  • Providing an environment leading to a high-quality standard of care
