Job Description

Affirm IT are experienced engineers that provide their clients with a full range of complete and complementary IT services to support their business. They are currently undergoing a period of growth and now require a Support IT Apprentice to join the team to support their IT Team.


Typical Roles and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • 1st Line support on the IT Helpdesk
  • Setting up news PCs and Laptops
  • Using tools to test, troubleshoot and analyse problems
  • Hardware and software configuration, installation, and set up
  • Provide remote cause analysis and problem resolution to keep the systems running smoothly

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.

Future Prospects

  • There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme
  • You, along with your employer, may decide to progress into a full-time position with the business or progress onto a level 4 apprenticeship
