Vendman Systems Limited are looking to recruit an Apprentice Smart Machines Advisor based in Stockport to help assist with duties such as; proactively engage with Customers to ‘need find’ and ensure solutions provided are fit for purpose, integration with other Vianet departments to ensure customer requirements are met etc.

Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Proactively engage with Customers to ‘need find’ and ensure solutions provided are fit for purpose
  • Integration with other Vianet departments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Ensure customers are able to utilise software/hardware to full potential  
  • Executes additional tasks in order to meet departmental project/contractual related projects
  • Support alignment between business goals and objectives and customer needs by focussing on customer requirements and ensuring that Vianet adds value at every interaction
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers 
  • Own and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and proactive manner
  • Respond to customer queries via telephone and helpdesk 
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base for use by both internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver training to customers, as necessary, either by telephone
  • Deliver proactive engagement with customers, communicating regularly around the issues that affect their solutions, as well as to understand their business and how we can better provide value adding insight 
  • Escalating necessary issues to Solution Development and/or IT infrastructure for resolution  
  • Overseeing customers estate health is operating with maximum uptime 
  • Assist in user acceptance testing of solutions prior to commercial use

Training Provided

Intermediate level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
