Responsibilities

As part of the Management Team, you will have the drive to motivate and coach the dining and kitchen teams to deliver great guest service as well as the opportunity to develop many other skills including driving sales and controlling costs in order to deliver business profit.

Reality Check

You’ll be fairly active for the majority of your shift; can be a very busy environment.  Please note your shift patterns will change on a weekly basis.

The restaurant operates between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00 so you will be required to work shifts between those hours.

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English are preferable.

Training Provided

Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

The Apprenticeship Standard will be delivered onsite, or via ‘Teams’ video link. You will have a monthly session with your Apprenticeship Trainer, in addition to completing learning online between sessions.
