Due to their continued growth and development, they are now seeking an ambitious Service desk Analyst Apprentice to join their large team of experts! You will be working with over 500+ staff on-site where you will be responsible for providing face to face technical support across all areas of the port.


Duties will include:

  • Will be speaking to customers and supporting them with their queries
  • Provide Face to Face Technical Support on site
  • Provide proactive support to prevent issues from arising
  • Triage intendants via a self-service portal, webchat, telephone and email
  • Maintaining different IT systems

Future Prospects

  • Possible full-time position with the company and progression to Level 4

Skills Required

  • Experience of working with remote teams across multiple business units
  • Use of call/ticket logging system
  • Able to work in a complex IT environment
  • Excellent customer service at all times
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional customer-focused attitude

Qualities Required

  • Ability to prioritise tasks

Qualifications Required

  • A minimum of a Grade 4/C in maths and a Grade 3/D in English Language or equivalent is required for this role
