What will the apprentice be doing?
The day to day job role will cover all aspects of administration to include;
Creating & amending customer details & vehicle records
Daily reporting extracts then emailing to senior management team
Entering, extracting and co ordinating various Mercedes-Benz online portals
Working alone side the management team across the division for updates
Daily post – stationary ordering
Training on Kerridge – CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) and DMS systems
To comply with the Health & Safety policy and good practices
To promote safe working practices
To participate in regular staff meetings/events and training
To adhere to the company's policies and procedures

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
This is a temporary role (for at least the duration of the apprenticeship) with the strong possibility of an offer of a full time service administrator role, following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
