What will the apprentice be doing?
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- To work closely with existing staff to support the management of multiple customer accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- To match a variety of candidate roles to customer requirements supporting the end-to-end booking process
- Support candidates to register via the Applocum App and successfully manage the candidate journey. Compiling and sending candidate mailshots with up-to-date vacancies for key accounts
- Chasing weekly timesheets by ringing / emailing clients and candidates
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful applicant will be working towards an Apprenticeship in Customer Service. This will include NVQ L2, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills.
Please be aware that whilst you will be working in the company, you will also be required to attend Alliance Learning ( Horwich ) for the Day release training.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full time role for ideal candidate on completion of the qualification.
