Apprentice Sales and Office Administration Assistant based in Blackburn


Duties/responsibilities to include:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by updating clients records and preparing all forms to be sent out to clients
  • You will learn to be confident when speaking to clients on the phone and confirm appointments by telephone and e-mail
  • Support the administration team, learning general office admin, such as filing, photocopying, and typing as requested
  • Ensure that stationery orders for the office are completed and stock levels are up-to-date
  • You will make beverages for staff when required and be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is always kept clean and tidy. You will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen stocks are kept up-to-date
  • Learn to process orders and returns when required
  • Attend meetings and work alongside your mentor
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are always adhered to
