What will the apprentice be doing?
- To work closely with your Recruitment Supervisor, supporting them in the management of their caseload of work-seekers and clients
- Provide assistance and support throughout all stages of the recruitment process
- Establish and maintain an excellent rapport with your work-seekers, client base and co-workers.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Think Teachers would hope to retain successful apprentices and as the business grows, promote them to senior recruitment positions within the business.
