Following continued growth through these challenging times we have an exciting new opportunity for an Apprentice Projects Administrator to join our team in Kent.

You will be a part of a fast-growing business that promotes high standards and prides itself on delivering the best possible service to all clients.

Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Answer and relay telephone calls, emails and other correspondence as required
  • Accept and handle incoming calls, acting as a point of contact
  • Transferring calls to other members of staff
  • Meet and greet visitors into the office
  • Manage personal inbox & simPRO system (training provided)
  • Liaising with engineers, sub-contractors, collating of data and chasing reports
  • Scheduling engineers & Sub-contractors
  • Processing expense claims
  • Creation of RAMS from H&S portal
  • Creation of site & O&M folders
  • Record/monitor monthly materials and stationery stock and assist in ensuring that stationery is replenished as required
  • Assist with creating reports, writing letters and other written documents
  • Responsible for shredding confidential paperwork
  • Maintain correct filing systems
  • Assisting other departments with their filling if required
  • Report to Team Leaders with any problems or queries
  • Complete general office duties and providing general administrative support to the Administrators and Team Leaders
  • Arrange and participate in meetings with NVQ provider, discussing ongoing coursework
  • Ensure that coursework is kept up to date and completed within given deadline dates

Future Prospects

  • Once your Level 3 is gained you are eligible for Higher Level Apprenticeships

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE’s (or equivalents) in English – C/4 or above and maths – C/4 or above
