Job Description

This is a great opportunity to start your career in Customer Service, with a professional employer and a long established training provider.


What will the apprentice be doing?

•Working through energy bills, making sure that the bills are worked out accurately.

•Answering customer emails within a busy inbox

•Making/taking customer calls

•Working through incoming post and re distributing.

•Training to deliver home energy advice visits

•Data input

•Working as a team

•Adhoc administrative/customer service duties
