Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
As an Apprentice and core member of the Group Transformstion team you will:
•Support implementation of projects & continuous improvement activities supporting strategic ambitions & deliver for our customers
•Support project planning & reporting activities. Building strong links with business teams, learning best practice, developing, sharing & implementing
•Work with the rest of the Transformation Team on different projects such as implementing new systems to ensure change is delivered.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Your apprenticeship will allow you to develop the skills & experience you’ll need to become a Project & Change Associate in Retail
You’ll combine on-the-job learning with formal, nationally recognised development training to gain your level 6 degree apprenticeship.
In addition to your core study, we will give you the opportunity to complete an International Project Management Association (IPMA) Level D qualification or equivalent.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the end of your training, as long as you pass your end point assessment and have met your performance targets throughout your Apprenticeship, you will be offered an opportunity in a permanent role with us.
