We have a brilliant opportunity for an apprentice to join our busy restaurant under the supervision of an award winning chef

Responsibilities

Your job role requires you to maintain high standards of food hygiene and to adhere to the company’s health and safety policy. You will participate and complete all training given.

Duties will include:

  • Cutting fish,
  • Rumbling and chipping potatoes
  • Making batter,
  • Oil management,
  • Cooking fish, chips and other menu items.

Shifts will be over 5 days out of 7 and can expect to work days, evenings and weekends. The earliest start time will be 10am and latest finish will be 10.30pm.
