Job Description

Do you want to work with and award winning People Development team? You will help with arranging training courses for all our staff across the UK, supporting the team in delivering great customer service, schedule and book courses, accommodation, grant access to online courses, track attendance, and carry out administrative duties as required.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

You will:

Support the People Development administrators in managing classroom and webinar courses

Liaise with external providers and stakeholder to arrange courses and book attendees.

Deal with general course enquiries

Give access to courses on the Learning Management System

Ensure reports are up to date and accurate.

Log and distribute course certificates and handle queries

Log purchase requests and record invoices on SAP

Any other tasks required to support the smooth running of the department

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

At the end of the Apprenticeship you will get a level 3 in Business Administration.

Training will be provided entirely online with dedicated time each week for study.

You will also have full access to LinkedIn Learning during your apprenticeship

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This is a fixed term contract but the experience gained in this apprenticeship will be applicable in many People Development teams or roles or similar
