Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury. As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will receive training and development in all areas and accountabilities of the Parts Advisor role.

Responsibilities

As the Apprentice your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the Parts department and working towards carrying out the full duties of a Parts Advisor
  • Manage parts orders and give advice to customers on requirements
  • Ensure the Mercedes-Benz experience is delivered to all contacts at all times
  • Check all orders are fully completed and scheduled, with the customer being kept informed at all stages
  • Locate stock from other retailers if not available
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers

Future Prospects

  • This apprenticeship will set the candidate up with the right skills to further their career as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry following the 18 month programme
