What will the apprentice be doing?
The Premier Accounts department manages the relationship between Crossflight ltd and any Key Accounts. The main areas covered are Customer Service for Key Accounts, Distributions, Event/ Show management and Offsite Mail Rooms. Working between three of our client’s prestige Headquarters in London this role of Mailroom Apprentice is paramount in retaining our excellent reputation in managing their mailroom. Key Tasks: To process incoming and outgoing mail. To distribute Courier & Mail packages, including desk drops To record all incoming and outgoing courier packages using our in-house computer systems To communicate with customers, suppliers, and retailers via the telephone/email to answer enquires and resolve queries To complete shipping paperwork To assist with other tasks that sit under the mailroom title and responsibilities To carry out any other reasonable requests of the ManagerWhat training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business admin qualification including Functional Skills in Maths and English if requiredWhat is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
