Job Description

Were looking for a Learner Recruitment Executive Apprentice who will help us to find emerging talent. You will source candidates through attraction campaigns and then set them on the route towards their dream careers.

Responsibilities

As a Learner Recruitment Executive you will work with businesses across England to find incredible people to become the next exciting apprenticeship hire.

This role will cover the full recruitment lifecycle. Duties will include

  • crafting brilliant adverts, advertising them on suitable platforms
  • being responsible for interviewing candidates
  • sending your recommendations to the employer

You will have access to a supportive team to help you flourish in your role, as well as a range of departments within the business such as operations, marketing and sales. You will be joining a training provider who passionately believes in growing in-house talent. Because of this we will invest in your development through a Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship (Level 2). Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Completing the Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship (Level 2) whilst managing a caseload of vacancies
  • Understanding our customer’s needs including their culture, position requirements, time frames and processes
  • Creating a range of job adverts, including where appropriate
  • Liaising directly with our marketing team to ensure high-qualityattraction campaigns 
  • Sourcing candidates from a range of sources including strategic partners, job boards and other sector or client-specific sources
  • Undertaking CV based sifting before calling candidates to check their eligibility

  • On completion of your apprenticeship you will continue to work for Realise as a Learner Recruitment Executive where you'll have an opportunity to grow and develop within Realise

Skills Required

  • Have experience working with others including engaging employers
  • Experience with Recruit and Employment Confederation
  • Experience with phone-based roles such as telesales
  • A knowledge of work-based learning (including apprenticeships, commercial learning and traineeships)

Qualifications Required

  • Math's and English GCSE at A - C / 4 - 9 or equivalent

Training Provided

  • Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Realise will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in
    your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of
    your working day.
  • If successful, you will complete a Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer apprenticeship programme,
    delivered through Realise.
