As Lead Generation Team Member your role will be primarily:

  • Calling customers who have made web enquiries (other data will be dialled, but no cold calling)
  • Making appropriate notes
  • Being able to follow a script of qualifying questions

Future Prospects

CMD Leads wants you to stay with them. There is the opportunity at the end of the 12 months to apply for and gain a Team Leading position / qualification.

Qualifications Required

GCSE's passes are preferred but not essential as Functional Skills in maths and English will be completed if necessary.
