Job Description

This role involves working in a helpdesk team supporting clients with a wide range of their technical support needs, providing remote and onsite support in and around London and other parts of the UK.


What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

• Providing remote and/or onsite IT support to client

• Ensuring that all agreed customer service level requirements are met

• Management of incidents / customer requests from initial receipt through to resolution

• Diagnostics, troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Performance monitoring and health checks

On the job training and mentoring will be provided, but this role will only suit applicants that already have a high level of technical competency.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Reality Check

A lot of our work is fixing issues so the customers can be very frustrated at times. The candidates need to be able to stay calm under pressure and also fix issues out of hours if needed.
