Bit of a technical whiz kid? Looking to turn your IT passion into a career? Action 365 are currently looking for an IT technician apprentice to join their tech team. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full-time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.


Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):

  • Checking and maintaining server backups
  • Troubleshooting and escalating technical issues
  • Working with user and account permissions
  • Checking and using patch updates
  • PC imaging
  • Using a ticketing system

This role is a mixture of helpdesk and practical work.

Future Prospects

  • There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme
  • You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further
