An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong customer service ethic who will be able to fit into an IT Team.


A normal day would include:

  • Management of IT Helpdesk / Service Desk and responses within agreed SLA
  • Resolving any 1st line issues
  • Daily management of backups
  • Daily management of Mimecast email filtering solution
  • Daily Infrastructure Contingency Checks
  • Management of IT documentation and IT knowledge base
  • Asset management and tagging
  • Management of Printers and Toners
  • Purchasing for the IT Team
  • Assist the IT Team with any job or projects when required

  • Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role
  • Internal IT colleagues will support the candidate through the apprenticeship and day to day work

Qualifications Required

GCSE IT or equivalent technical qualification. 

Training Provided

Full apprenticeship training provided, working towards an Advanced Level Apprenticeship gaining a Level 3 qualification, Infrastructure Technician.
