What will the apprentice be doing?
The role
Based in our London office, reporting to the IT Services Manager you will provide 1st line desktop support to the London office and also offer support remotely to other offices via our Helpdesk system.
The primary function is to support our London users but other duties will involve IT support and administration for Central IT. Other duties may include telephone answering for support calls (Service Desk) new starter setup and inductions and general IT administration.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Information communications technician (level 3).
Attending college 1 day a week.
