Responsibilities
Duties to include:
- Providing server and network support to teachers and students
- Providing desktop and application support to teachers and students
- Configuring, installing and offering support on various IT-based equipment
- Updating and maintaining security on computers
- General maintenance and troubleshooting
Future Prospects
- There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program
- Mileage Allowance (45p per mile)
- You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 program, and take your training even further

- GCSE grades A*-C / 9-4 in maths & English (or equivalent qualification)
