Apprentice IT Support Technician - Advanced (Level 3)
Baltic Apprenticeships are delighted to be working in partnership with Anota, an industry leading business specialising in document management, integration and workflow technology, who work with clients such as Northern Rail and Eddie Stobart!
Due to continued success, Anota are currently looking to expand their team through the addition of a new Apprentice IT Support Technician at their office in Hull.
Working in a team of 2, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to start their career within IT and build experience within this sector. The perfect candidate will be passionate about IT and eager to develop themselves!

Roles & Responsibilities:
Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Providing Helpdesk support to customers
- Installing DocuWare Document Management software
- Providing remote IT Support
- Network Configuration
- Building systems and dealing with servers
Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Anota.
There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about IT
- Self-motivated and well organised
- A Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in Maths is required for this role
The successful candidate will work towards the Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Standard via Baltic Apprenticeships.
