What will the apprentice be doing?
In this IT Support Technician Apprentice role, you will:
Answer the incoming support enquiries by helpdesk ticket, email, telephone and in person.
Resolve IT issues using telephone support, remote access software and on-site assistance.
Install & Configure new IT systems (PC’s, Servers, Routers, Switches, Tablets, Smartphones and peripherals etc)
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
IT Infratructure Technican Level 3
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Fully qualified IT Technican. Permanent Role.
