What will the apprentice be doing?
- You will be working in the service department where computer equipment is built and prepared for delivery using our internal CRM system
- Each laptop / desktop PC will need configuring with both hardware and software according to the individual requirements of our customers
- You will also complete a quality check before the equipment is packed away, which includes, physical inspection of both marks and scratches, correct model and serial numbers and all software updates
- This process is completed and handed over to the warehouse department to prepare for dispatch
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Advanced Level 3 Apprentice Digital Support Technician, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
