What will the apprentice be doing?

§  Undertake all aspects of administration relating to the team requirements.

§  Follow up to date departmental procedures and controls

§  Complete daily/weekly/monthly and yearly check lists

§  Keep up to date with all changes within the industry

§  Document scanning and archiving

Day to Day Tasks include
§  Input and process records and instructions relating to: Client data, securities data, client transfers, trade settlements, ISA subscriptions and client payments and receipts
