Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
Learners will work alongside a team of Support Engineers in our office in Sidcup. They will be allocated a mentor who they will sit alongside and receive most of their hands-on training. They can expect to take customer calls and support them with the most basic IT troubleshooting issues initially. Learners will be supported monthly by our business coaches, have quarterly reviews involving their manager & attend 22 days of facilitated training to ensure they are fully equipped to start their career as a qualified tech professional.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Learners will achieve Level 3 qualification.
They will attend 22 days of facilitated training in central London. Training sessions can be 2 days or up to 5 days in duration at any one time.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
After the completion of this apprenticeship, the learner can expect to follow a career path to a Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 Support Engineer, and then progress further in a Consultancy role.
