What will the apprentice be doing?

This role will suit an individual who is interested in developing a career within HR and has the ability, over time to use their recognised expertise in key areas of HR to build their generalist knowledge.

Key tasks will include:

  • Assisting with the logistics for the recruitment process.
  • Assisting in the production of offer letters and contracts.
  • Responding to employee HR queries. 
  • Assisting with the logistics for the recruitment process.
  • Supporting in the coordination of the annual training calendar.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The Apprentice will be working towards completing a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship which will be delivered virtually and in the workplace by Smart Training and Recruitment.

Bain will arrange for you to have a Mentor to give guidance and support throughout your Apprenticeship. 

You will attend an induction with other new staff and start to learn more about the company. A tour will also be arranged of the London office to help you to feel comfortable in the workplace.  

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

As this is a fixed-term contract position, there may be potential opportunities in the wider team or business that can be applied for, towards the end of the fixed-term contract and Apprenticeship.
