The successful candidate will have a varied role working both front and back of house, in that there will be elements of food preparation, cooking as well as customer service.
You will be involved in day to day duties within the café, which will include:
- Kitchen portering
- Food preparation
- Storage of food
- Maintaining hygiene and health and safety standards
Customer service is also paramount, and you will be involved in this daily, as well as dealing with payments.
There is the possibility of a permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
- Good communication skills
- Dedicated to the job and training
- High level of personal hygiene
Level 2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
