An Apprentice Hospitality Team Member based in Clitheroe, working within a busy team of 34 at this beautiful location, you will be assisting with either breakfast shift or evening shift whilst undertaking your hospitality team member qualification .

Responsibilities

You will be assisting with all aspects of the business and you will be learning to :

  • Waiting on tables, taking orders from customers and attending to their needs
  • Serving food and beverages
  • Adhering food hygiene and health and safety within the workplace.
  • Clearing tables 
  • Working the till, dealing with data protection when taking card transactions
  • Learning to upswell products, promoting specials when required
  • Working on special events such as private parties
