Working across all areas of the business, duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting tourists and visits
  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Clearing tables
  • Serving customers
  • Dealing with any queries that arise
  • Daily food and temperature checks
  • General housekeeping and deep cleaning
  • Food preparation from fresh
  • Listening to customers and meeting their needs
