Job Description

Responsibilities

In this role you will experience all areas of our health and fitness clubs and will build an understanding of what it takes to ensure our members have the best experience on their journey to reaching their goals.

Your main duties will include:

  • Maintaining standards on the gym floor and ensuring members have what they need
  • Answering customers questions and taking on board feedback
  • Work with the full team to create a positive atmosphere to promote member retention and new member referrals
  • Work with the fitness team to create, plan and implement new classes and challenges to keep members engaged

  • A permanent position may be offered upon successful completion of the apprenticeship Opportunity to learn and develop within the company

Reality Check

  • With support of our teams you will be working alongside our gym instructors, sales and reception teams which means your shifts will be spread across Monday – Sunday, open to close

Qualifications Required

  • No entry requirements

Training Provided
