Job Description

In this role, you will be enrolled on to an 18 month Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard. Maths and English Functional Skills will also need to be achieve if no prior exemptions Working within the Group Merchandising department, the GM Coordinator will undertake administrative tasks to ensure colleagues are supported to work.


What will the apprentice be doing?


  • Responsibility for administrative tasks and office operations to secure efficiency.
  • Create and update records and databases.
  • Coordination of joiners, movers and leavers (JML) activities.
  • Develop good team working relationships within group merchandising.
  • Communicate in an effective manner.
  • Assist and coach colleagues wherever necessary.
  • Record and produce documentation
  • Planning and organisation – organises meetings and events where needed
  • Identify process improvements and implement changes where necessary.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Admin Level 3 qualification 
  • Maths & English Functional skills

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
