Responsibilities
We are about delivering great service and creating memorable experiences for our customers. You’ll use your passions and interests to fuel moments of connection and make every customer’s visit special.
Some daily roles will include:
• Deliver genuine service with a real smile
• Get the restaurant set up and looking it’s best for service and cleaned down at the end of shift
• Ask question to find out guest’s reasons for visiting and adapt your service to their needs using your personality, passions, and enthusiasm
• To be who you are in our sociable pizzeria, where playfulness, individuality, warmth and openness are wanted and encouraged
• Give engaging, personal and memorable service to our customers
• Enhance your menu knowledge with training and following our How To cards to help encourage our customers to explore our menu, including dietary and nutritional requirements
• Ensure transactions are completed accurately, all monies are handled securely and balanced at the end of your shift
• Support your manager to resolve any customer complaints with empathy and understanding

• Under 21s £6.56 per hour. Under 23s £8.36 per hour. 23 and over £8.91 per hour
Skills Required
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, customer facing environment
Qualities Required
• An interest in food and drink, also in music and people as well
• A caring nature and desire to give, or experience in giving, exceptional service
• Willingness to be yourself at work, brining your personality and best self to everything
you do
