Apprentice Front of House / Cook Assistant based in Chatburn.


Duties to include:

  • Dealing with customers
  • Setting up and clearing tables
  • Serving food and drink at tables
  • Taking payments
  • Preparing and cooking food
  • Checking fridge temperatures
  • Managing stock rotation
  • Working to Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations
  • Keeping work area clean and tidy
