As a candidate you must be a good communicator and confident dealing with clients and their families on the telephone. You should also have a good work ethic and be able to be a part of a team, but also work independently.
As our Apprentice Finance Administrator, you will be overall responsible for the finances of the business (with supervision).
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Creating invoices
- Reconciling the bank
- Creating the payroll ready to send to the payroll company to calculate
- Paying invoices
- Monthly HMRC payments
- Banking cheques
- Reconciling accounts
- Chasing late payments
- Working within GDPR
The suitable candidate must be trustworthy and will undergo financial checks and referencing to ensure suitability.
28 days holiday per year.
Career development to Finance Administrator.

- Previous experience in a financial setting is an advantage
