Job Description

In conjunction with practical experience at Paddington, you will also undertake an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Operations.

Responsibilities

Through your NVQ and hands on experience at Paddington, you will be: - 

  • Assisting the production and Welding team - with a view to become a MIG and TIG Welder Fabricator
  • Assembling goods to a high standard
  • Working in a fast-paced environment to a high standard
  • Using welding equipment, as well as cutting edge technology including laser machines and CNC machines
  • Performing housekeeping duties in the working area as required
  • Able to work safely – operate in a safe environment for you and for others

  • GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and maths or equivalent
