Job Description

What will the apprentice be doing?

We are looking for an applicant to train as a Manufacturing Engineer, if the candidate is successful then there will be potential to continue to level 6

The job will be office based but will involve working with staff on the shopfloor

The candidate will support the company’s quality, costing and continuous improvement, in line with the apprenticeship framework.


What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

s well as gaining a broad range of technical and professional knowledge and experience, you will also gain academic and vocational qualifications such as a EAL Level 3 Technical Knowledge Qualification in Engineering, EAL NVQ L2 Competency Qualification, EAL NVQ Level 3 Competency Qualification.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Upon successfully completing your apprenticeship the options are endless. You could continue to develop your career by choosing to obtain further qualifications, develop and improve your management and leadership skills or even move across the different areas of the business to pursue a career in your chosen field.
